
eLearning Program
In line with the Policy Guidelines on the implementation of Alternative Delivery Modes (DO 54, s. 2012), the Division of Marikina City developed eLearning Program in 2013 that aims to widen the access of learners to quality basic education through integration of ICT and modern technology. Delivering electronic learning as an alternative mode for the 21st century learners, SDO-Marikina has recognized the implementation of eLearning Program to the two secondary schools offering Blended Online and In-Person Classes.

eLibRO
Program SPEAR’s flagship initiative called eLibRO serves as a repository of print and non-print localized and contextualized modules, books, scholarly journals, online resources, government sources, multimedia, and audio-video files that aimed at enhancing knowledge and harnessing skills of its users. This user-friendly general reference tool addresses the learning needs of the students who are expected to develop or meet the 21st century skills to succeed in the so-called Information Age.
